The Client

A clinic that teaches, not sells

Tennessee Wellness Collective is a functional medicine clinic for women. Education first. Endometriosis and PCOS education, lab testing, and a two-visit diagnostic consultation. They cover insulin resistance, androgen excess, and inflammation.

The founder is a clinical educator in scrubs. She teaches, she doesn't sell. Educational carousels, calm monologues, hand-washing videos that signal real clinical work. She needed a confident brand that educates and converts to consultations without feeling salesy.

02
The Problem

Strong expertise, brand needed confidence

Clinical expertise was strong, but the brand needed confidence. The content had one specific job: to educate women that endometriosis and PCOS share symptoms but require different testing and treatment.

She needed more engagement with views, not just posts that sit. She needed to stand out from her former company and the traditional models that keep women confused about their labs. The page needed to feel open, professional, and trustworthy, like the provider herself.

When education is unclear, confidence drops. When confidence drops, consultations don't happen.

03
The Strategy

Make the education so clear, competitors copy it

Build confidence in the brand. Make the education so clear and polished that competitors want to copy it.

Turn clinical education into polished carousels and reels: PCOS symptoms linked to insulin resistance, endometriosis underdiagnosis, and the anxiety and depression driven by hormones. Not fear-based, evidence-based.

  • Educational monologue style, provider talking directly to camera
  • Hand-washing video and clinical B-roll to signal real practice
  • 10 lesser-known symptoms women recognize in themselves
  • Calm expert voice, not salesy. Teaches first, invites to consultation second
04
The Execution

A system that runs while she's with patients

What we actually did: built a system of educational content that runs while she is with patients.

System
7-slide carousels
PCOS, endo, and labs explained in clear, calm slides.
System
Clinical wellness videos
Hand-washing, a day in the clinic, real practice signals.
System
Provider monologues
Hormones, inflammation, and insulin, explained to camera.
System
Consultation path
Every piece quietly promotes the functional consult.

Consistent presence that builds confidence. A page that looks open, professional, and trustworthy. The kind of page a woman can send to her friend and say, "this is who I went to."

The Results

The compliment, verbatim

First off, this month's content is very good! I have noticed a lot more engagement with views, as I am sure you have as well. Just a small side note: the company I used to work for has started to follow us. I also have been informed and saw they are copying our model and replicating what we are doing. So I will take that as a compliment, even though they are salty about it!

Engagement Up
More engagement with views, without inflated numbers. Views are up because education is clear. That is the metric that matters here: attention from the right women.
Competitors Copying
Her former company started following and replicating the model. When competitors copy you, confidence is working.
06
The Takeaway

Confidence compounds

When brand confidence is clear and educational content is good, engagement goes up and competitors copy you. That is the compliment.

This case study is not about a viral spike. It is about building a brand so clear, calm, and educational that the right women stop scrolling and the wrong competitors start watching. The system keeps the brand confident while she is with patients: content teaches the PCOS and endometriosis differences, explains labs, normalizes hormone-driven anxiety, and invites women into a two-visit diagnostic consultation that respects their time.

Confidence compounds. Competitors copying is proof it is working.
